This and that…

Well, hello! I hope you are well, and are finally enjoying some warm and sunny spring days. Everything is lush and green on Cape Cod, but the temperature remains cool, and we’ve had a lot of rain. Too much rain! It’s growing tiresome, and is seriously impacting my beach time.

Miscellany is an appropriate title for this post, as it’s not a true blog post, but is more of a quick update on a few things going on in my author world. So here we go…

First up – my new story! It’s coming along, slowly but surely. I’m hoping for an August release. The title is Against Every Objection, it’s a modern Pride and Prejudice variation, and I hope to give it its own dedicated space on my website sometime soon.

And speaking of my new story, I’d like to send a HUGE thank you to everyone who reached out in response to my search for advance readers. I’m happy to say that I have a great team in place, and I can’t wait to put this story in their hands!

And then, Dance the Tide will turn two on June 12! It will be part of a fabulous, exciting JAFF extravaganza happening at the end of June; more details on that will be coming soon!

And last but not least: For anyone who enjoys the music that goes along with each of my books, I’ve recently added two new playlists to both Spotify and Amazon Music. (I apologize to Apple Music users; I made a serious attempt to make my playlists available there, but it didn’t work out. So frustrating!) The first is for An Old Acquaintance, my modern Pride & Prejudice holiday novella released this past December (click here to purchase or read in KU), and the second is for Against Every Objection. If you’re curious about the vibe of the new story, I think the music I’ve chosen is a good indicator.
